Pickling
Pickling is a pre-passivation process of treating stainless steel parts with a sulphuric acid solution, which can remove oxide scale and heat tint while dissolving steel flecks embedded in the stainless steel component.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Our state-of-the-art facility boasts three sulphuric acid pickling tanks, dual rinse tanks, dual 41’L x 5’W x 6′ D kettles, four 15-ton overhead and one 40-ton overhead cranes, a full acid recovery system, and a 50′ x 25′ fully enclosed and automated sandblasting booth.
Metallizing
This is where a thermal spray metal coating is applied to a metallic surface, to improve the appearance of an object, protect the surface from corrosion/wear, or enhance its electrical/thermal conductivity.
